Endowed with a beautiful view over the sea, the front patio is decorated with a hammock, garden couches with coffee table, a dining table for 6 people, and heating gear.
The back patio provides guest with a table for 10 peaple , a second hammock, and another set of chairs with coffe table.
The villa is set up with air conditioning and heating systems, satellite wifi, Sky receiver, Apple tv, stereo audio system with Spotify playlists, Iphone chargers, cigars humidor, birds and stars watching equipment, drone for hearth and water pictures.
The Mediterranean decorated garden offers the perfect setting for those who want to seat in the plats' shadows, reading a book.
The property offers a Barbecue area, with a table for 12 people.
Moreover, a laundry area with washing machine, outdoor shower and sink, big garage, 4 sun beds, solarium, independent sanitized water tank are what make the house an even more comfortable place.
We provide our guest with: bed sheets, blankets, towels, hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
On request, we can organize optional daily cleaning and breakfast for our guests.
Rooms & Rates
The main building, typically called Dammuso, is composed of a living room room opened on the patio with fireplace, a dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, small oven ,5 cookers, fridge and coffe machine. Capsules on request. Two bedrooms with wardrobe, a bathroom with ensuite shower .
The best solution for 4 people.

The second building, the smaller Dammuso offers a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with shower, private patio with table and chair.
Air conditioning, fireplace and free satellite wifi.
It's great for a couple.
